Latin American technological advancements are rapidly on the rise. The Brazilian government recently launched Startup Brazil, which is trying to get money to build a particle accelerator. This is not the only advancement, as almost everyone in Latin America is dreaming of a very advanced future.Those with the money, are trying to fund this dream. They are inspired by the American tech boom. Juan Pablo Capello, a latin american entrepreneur says “The tech boom in the U.S. has ignited the imaginations of entrepreneurs in Latin America.”
Chile was an inspiration for Latin American countries, as they were the first to create a startup program. One of these programs is called NXTP, and is holding an even called LatAm invades Silicone Valley. This event will show new technology created in Latin America.
