The Art of Venice, Italy:

ceiling-floor                           church

The art of Venice is so exquisite and just magnificent to look at. When I went on a trip to Italy in March I stayed in Venice for three days and the art was unbelievable. Art takes a lot of work to make it into a finished masterpiece. The museums I went to have so many mosaics, domes, paintings, and structures from the ceiling patterns to the floor colors everything looked like it had been hand made. There were figures that looked like people and the artwork looks very different in every room it’s just a wonderful thing to experience. When I was in Venice I saw a sculptor make a vase made out of hot glass it was phenomenal and it only takes them a couple of minutes to do it. There is this shop in Venice that has everything in the store hand made like bracelets, necklaces, glass cups, animal figures, etc. The work of art in Venice must take a while to make it perfect. The churches that I saw were hand made like the figures on top and the side of the church was just amazing. Mostly artists in Venice would work on making life like figures of the saints they honored or worshipped or by showing their culture by making something that shows their religion. Basically most of the artwork that is done in Venice is about their history and their life style so it could be about the Renaissance and the important role models and figures. Art is shown everywhere in Venice it’s like everywhere you go you see artwork, the city is like a big chunk of art. In Venice they make masques then they color them and make them look marvelous. We painted the masques instead of making them I was proud of my painting skills even though I am not an artist I turned something plain into unique. That’s why I like Venice cause you can create whatever you want. All these pieces make the city what it is today the beautiful city of art!

BY THE WAY ALL THE PICTURES I POSTED HERE ARE ALL PICTURES I TOOK!!!
